ABOUT Palong Ladoo RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup blanched spinach
  2. 1/2 tsp sugar
  3. 1/2 cup chenna
  4. 2 tsp chat masala
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 1 TSP CUMIN POWDER
  7. 2-3 Green chili, finely chopped
  8. 6 - 7 tsp Poppy seeds
  9. Oil for frying
  10. Dry fruits 3 tbsp - finely chopped
  11. 2 tsp Sweet corn , boiled

Instructions

  1. In a bowl , add all ingredients except oil and poppy seeds
  2. Mix everything well
  3. Shape mixture into small ladoos
  4. In a bowl, add poppy seeds and coat the balls with poppy seeds
  5. Deep fry the balls over medium heat until golden brown
  6. Drain excess oil over absorbent towel
  7. Serve with cup of tea
