Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. bramhi saag 1 cup, chopped
  2. papaya 1 cup, chopped
  3. parval 1 cup, chopped
  4. raw banana 1 cup, chopped
  5. brinjal 1 cup, chopped
  6. Potato 1 cup, chopped
  7. poppy seeds paste 2 tbsp
  8. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  9. jeera powder 1 tsp
  10. chili paste 1 tsp
  11. coriander paste 1 tsp
  12. salt to taste
  13. Sugar to taste
  14. 3 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Heat Oil in a pan, Stir fry all veggies
  2. Add poppy paste and mix well
  3. Add spice powders , chili paste , coriander paste, salt and sugar. Mix well. Add Saag and mix. Cook for 5 minutes
  4. Add little water as required for gravy, cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot with rice
