Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Saboot moong dal - 1 cup
  2. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  3. Salt - to taste
  4. Water - as required
  5. Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak moong dal for 3 - 4 hours.
  2. Drain excess water and grind to fine paste
  3. Add water to form smooth batter
  4. Add salt and cumin seeds and mix well.
  5. Heat non stick pan , drizzle little oil . Pour one ladle of batter and spread evenly by rotating the pan
  6. Lower the heat, drizzle oil over edges. Flip and cook
  7. Serve hot with chutney.
