Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green chilies/Jalapenos- 100 gms
  2. Cream - 1/2 cup
  3. Asafoetida/hing - 1/4 tsp
  4. Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  7. Fennel seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Dry mango powder/amchur - 1/4 tsp
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash the chilies ,remove the stalk and chop
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add hing and splutter cumin seeds
  3. Add turmeric powder,coriander powder,fennel seeds powder and saute for while.
  4. Add green chilies and saute for 1- 2 mins.
  5. Add salt and amchur and mix well.
  6. Cover and cook on a low flame for 2 - 3 mins.
  7. Add cream and stir constantly for 1-2 minutes
  8. Serve hot with rice
