Everyone love pizza.This pizza is healthier than normal traditional pizza.It is a gluten free,yeast free pizza as it is made from rice and urad dal.But its taste just awesome.My family love it very much.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For uttapam batter,
  2. rice(soaked)-3/4 cup
  3. Urad dal(soaked)-1/4 cup
  4. Beaten curd-1/3 cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Olive Oil for frying pizza
  7. For pizza toppings,
  8. Red bellpepper(Sliced)-1/2 of a medium
  9. Yellow bellpepper(Sliced)-1/2 of a medium
  10. Green capsicum(Sliced)-1/2 of a medium
  11. Onion(sliced)-1/2 of a large
  12. Tomato(Sliced)-1/2 of large
  13. Black Olive(sliced)-15-20 numbers
  14. Mozzarella chesse(Grated)-125 gram
  15. Chedder cheese(chopped)-2 tablespoon
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Chilli flakes-1/2 tablespoon
  18. Black pepper crushed-1/3 tablespoon
  19. Dry Basil leaves-1/2 tablespoon
  20. Dry oregano leaves-1/2 tablespoon
  21. For sauce,
  22. Red chilli sauce-1 tablespoon
  23. Tomato ketchup-3 tablespoon
  24. Extra virgin Olive oil-1 tablespoon
  25. Black pepper (crushed)-1 pinch
  26. Chilli flakes-1 pinch
  27. Dry basil leaves-1 pinch
  28. Dry oregano leaves-1 pinch

Instructions

  1. I have soaked the rice and dal for 6-7 hours in water.Then drain it.
  2. Put the rice and dal in grinder with beaten curd and grind into a smooth batter.
  3. Keep it in warm place for fermentation for overnight. This time may vary in different place for different temperature.
  4. Now mix salt to taste with fermented batter.
  5. Mix the red chilli sauce,tomato ketchup,extra virgin olive oil and all spices in a mixing bowl to make the pizza sauce.
  6. Now add 1 tablespoon oil in pan and spread it to the entire pan.Allow it to heat.
  7. Add 3 ladle of batter for one pizza in the pan and spread little bit.This will be thick like pizza base.Then cover it with lid for 4-5 minutes.
  8. When the base is set,then spread the sauce over it.
  9. Sprinkle some toppings one by one except olive.
  10. Add some cheese.
  11. Sprinkle some olive on top.
  12. Now cover it again for 4-5 minutes in medium heat.
  13. Sprinkle some dry herbs and spices over it.
  14. Take out the pizza from pan very carefully into a serving plate so that it doesn't break.
  15. Serve the pizza hot..
  16. Then you can make pizza just like it with the leftover batter.
