chapati twist is a great way to feed children veggies. loved by not only children but adults also at my home. Vegetable cutlets stuff in chapati with salads and sauces is a great combination.

Ingredients Serving: 6
small chapati 6
sliced round onion 1 cup
salad leaves 6
sliced round tomato 1
tomato ketchup
For cutlet:
chopped carrot 1 tablespoon
chopped cabbage 1 tablespoon
chopped onion 1 tablespoon
boiled and mashed peas 1 tablespoon
boiled and mashed potatoes 3
Garam Masala 1/2 teaspoon
red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
salt to taste
oil for frying
For sauce:
mayonnaise 4 tablespoon
tomato ketchup 2 tablespoon
Instructions
Mixture all the ingredients of cutlets except oil.
Mix all the ingredients of batter. Batter should not be to thick or thin. keep aside
Make small patty with hands. Dip in batter. Roll in bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a wok. Deep fry the cutlets.
Repeat the process for all mixture.
Now for the assembling. Warm chapatii on tava. Put salad leave on chapati than patty. pour little sauce. put sliced on onion and one slice tomato on it. little ketchup and fold half chapped on it.
serve little warm.
