Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer/cottage cheese 200 grams
  2. Two medium sized onions
  3. Two big tomatoes
  4. Garlic pods four
  5. Oil two teaspoons
  6. butter two teaspoons
  7. Salt according to taste
  8. red chilli powder one teaspoon /or as per taste
  9. Turmeric powder one fourth teaspoon
  10. garam masala one teaspoon
  11. Green coriander to garnish few sprigs

Instructions

  1. Chop onions and tomatoes finely
  2. Heat pan add oil and butter
  3. add chopped onions and chopped garlic
  4. cook till translucent
  5. now add tomatoes and cook till nushy
  6. Crumble the paneer/ cottage cheese to it
  7. add all spices stir well and cook till oil starts leaving sides
  8. garnish with green coriander sprigs
