ABOUT Sweet Potatoes patties RECIPE

Simpel, easy and dilicicus Sweet potatoes or Shakarkandi patties is a perfect for evening tea time snack.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gram boiled sweet potatoes
  2. 2 medium sized boiled potato
  3. 1/2 tea spoon Cumin seed
  4. 2 tbsp semolina
  5. 1 tsp green chilli and garlic paste
  6. 1 handful chopped coriander leaves
  7. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tbsp roasted and crused peanuts
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. Peeled all sweet potatoes and potatoes
  2. Take a big bowl massed sweet potatoes and potatoes with masser
  3. Now add chopped coriander leaves,cumin seeds, peanut,salt, chilli garlic paste,red chilli powder salt and one tablespoon semolina mix all very well.
  4. Take small small portion and shape into a patty
  5. Make all patties and roll with dry semolina all sides and set aside
  6. Heat the oil in a kadhai and slowly add 4 or 5 it to the hot oil, and fry each patties golden brown
  7. Sweet potatoes patties are ready
  8. Serve them hot tea time with tomato ketchup or chutney.
