Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 large boiled beetroot
  2. For filling----
  3. 1 cup curd
  4. 1/4 cup paneer
  5. Coriander leaves
  6. 1 tsp ginger
  7. 4-clover garlic
  8. 1 Green chilli
  9. 2 dry red chilli
  10. 1 cup besan
  11. Salt
  12. 1 tsp garam masala
  13. 5 peppercorns
  14. 4 cloves
  15. 4 cardmon
  16. 1 bay leaf
  17. 1 cinnemon stick
  18. Salad for garnish

Instructions

  1. Take boiled beetroot in mixer
  2. Add ginger, garlic and green chilli
  3. In a pan roast all whole masalas
  4. Now grind them
  5. For stuffing---
  6. Take half hung curd and paneer mix them finely
  7. Add salt and pepper
  8. Now add dry masala in beetrootpaste
  9. Add besan and all spices
  10. Devide in equal parts
  11. Make balls and fill with stuffing
  12. Carefully press them to make kababs
  13. Now heat oil in a pan and fry them
  14. Serve with salad and dollop of hung curd
