ABOUT Muskmelon with Sabza RECIPE

Muskmelon is found in abundance during summers. It quenches your thirst and is very filling too. Sabza is very well known fr its cooling properties. Here its been combined with lemonade to make it more tasty with dash of chaat masala.

Muskmelon chopped into pcs ,1/4 piece
1 tbspLemonade to soak sabza for tangier taste
Pinch of chaat masala
,Mint leaves to Garnish
Sabza seeds

Instructions

First soak sabza seeds in enough of lemonade for about 15 minutes to make it fluffy. Next peel and chop muskmelon. Pulse muskmelon in mixer. Drain excess lemonade from sabza seeds and mix into muskmelon to adjust consistency.
Simply mix soaked sabza into muskmelon. Pour into glass. Sprinkle some chaat masala over it. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Voila your drink is ready.
