Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup savia
  2. 2 tbsp clearified butter
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 1 1/4 cup water
  5. 3 tbsp chopped nuts like almond

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in pressure cooker and roast savia till light brown
  2. Add sugar, nuts and water. mix well. 1 Whistle and 5 minutes more at low flame.
  3. Enjoy hot and garnish with more nuts
