First take a large bowl n mix all the ingredients expect oil .
Mix all the ingredients very well with your hands or spatula.
Now take a wolk n heat oil for frying kababs.
Greese your hand with some oil.
Now take a small portion of this mixture n make it in a kabab shape.
Now deep fry these kabab very gently in low medium hot oil.
Fry till it becomes crisp n golden in color.
Enjoy yummy crispy kabab.
