Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cucumber
  2. moong dal 2 spoon
  3. big onion 1 finely cut
  4. 4 green chilli
  5. coconut 1/2 cup grated
  6. mustard seeds 1/2 spoon
  7. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the cucumber into cubes
  2. In a pressure cooker add moong dal and cucumber. keep for 4 whistle
  3. Grind coconut and green chilli
  4. In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds , urad dhal, curry leaves and finely chopped onions.
  5. fry till onions turn soft.
  6. Add the grinned coconut and onions to cucumber. boil for few minutes till raw smell goes.
  7. Sauté with coriander leaves. serve with idly or dosa
