Baigan /potato/ onion raosted and added mixed spices and deep fried.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Baigan 2 big size
  2. Onion 1 big size
  3. Boiled potato 1 cup
  4. Green chilly and adrak paste 1 tablespoon
  5. Red chilly powder 1 tablespoon
  6. Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
  7. Haldi powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Dry bread crums 1 table spoon
  11. Rai 1 tea spoon
  12. Jeera 1 tea spoon
  13. Chopped coriander 1/2 cup
  14. Besan 1 cup
  15. Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
  16. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Roast baigan on direct gas remove skin add salt and keep aside.
  2. Roast onion and chop the keep a side.
  3. Take pan add 1 spoon of oil once oil is heated add in rai and jeera.
  4. Then add in green chilly paste/ onion and salute for min.
  5. Now add in baigan and boiled potatoes.
  6. Add in chille powder, salt, haldi , garam masala, , bread crums and chopped coriander and mix it well.
  7. Take besan in bowl, add in water to make semi thick batter, add in salt, haldi powder and soda powder and keep a side.
  8. Now make baigan shape of the mixture and deep fry it by dipping it it the batter.
  9. Serve it with green chunty, kajoor imali chunty or tomato ketchup.
