ABOUT Gulab jamun (traditional) RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Mawa 250 grams
  2. Refine flour 50 grams
  3. Green cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Oil for deep fry 1/2 cup
  5. Sugar syrup 1/2 litre
  6. Rose syrup 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Make a smooth dough with mawa, green cardamom and refine flour.
  2. Make small sizes balls then deep fry.
  3. Fry until brown.
  4. Deep in one thread syrup.
  5. Add rose water in syrup and serve.
