Garlic pull apart rolls bread are very tasty snacks. Very easy to make. The aroma fill the house with garlic and you just can not control your self. Soft and fluffy from the inside and the perfect texture on the out side. Best to Serve with hot or warm tea.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. All Purpose Flour / Maida 3 cups
  2. Dry yeast 1 tablespoon
  3. Salt 1 tablespoon
  4. Sugar 2 tablespoon
  5. Oil 3 tablespoon
  6. Warm water 1 cup
  7. For garlic spread...
  8. Unsalted butter 10 tablespoon
  9. Grated cloves of garlic 10
  10. ltalian Seasoning 2 teaspoon
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Boiled corn 1 /2 cup
  13. Coriandern leaves 5 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Mix yeast and sugar with warm water and set this aside for 5 minutes. Let it foam up .
  2. Take flour, salt, oil in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Pour yeast mix into the flour and mix well to a dough.
  4. Cover it with plastic wrap or damp cloth and set this aside for 1 hour till it is double in size.
  5. Mix all ingredients for garlic spread together till it form a smooth paste.
  6. Take the dough out of the bowl and knead it for 5 minutes.
  7. Roll the dough into a rough rectangle and spread the garlic spread and boiled corns over it.
  8. Now roll this into log. Cut into equal portion.
  9. Arrange this in a buttered baking pan leaving little space between each of them.
  10. Apply milk and honey and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
  11. Now cover it with a damp cloth and let it rise for 45 minutes or rising,
  12. Preheat the oven to 200 degree centigrade. Now place this in the preheated oven.
  13. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Take it out and apply some butter over the top. So that it looks glossy and shiny.
  14. Serve hot or warm with a cup of tea.
