This is traditional English Custard...Delicious Healthy and not overly sweet comfort food...enjoy this yumny dessert

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Hot milk 3/4 cup
  2. Amul cream 1/4 cup
  3. Egg 1
  4. Sugar 2 tablespoon
  5. NUTMEG
  6. Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Mix milk and sugar well .Add cream , vanilla extract, egg and whisk it well
  2. Preheat the oven to 180. Line up small custard bowls. Pour the custard in bowls. Grate nutmeg on top of the custard
  3. Now place these bowls in big baking pan .Pour water in the pan so that it just reaches top layer of custard in bowl
  4. Bake for 40-55 minutes until custard is set...It will jiggle but when a knife is inserted in centre, it should be clean
  5. Allow it to cool, you can serve warm or cold...This is quite easy to make custard
