Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Basmati rice 1 glass
  2. Soya chunks 2 cup
  3. Onion chopped 2
  4. Green chillies 2
  5. Salt
  6. Black pepeer 1/4 teaspoon
  7. Jeera 1/4 teaspoon
  8. Oil2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Soak d rice for 10 minutes
  2. Soak soya chunks in hot water 10 minutes and squeeze it
  3. Heat oil in a cooker add jeera
  4. Now add onion and brown it
  5. Add soya chunks and saute for five minutes
  6. Add green chilly,salt,black pepper and stir well
  7. Add 1 glass water and cook till 1 whistle.
  8. Open and serve with raita.
