Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For The Paratha Canapés
  2. 1 cup rajgira flour
  3. 2 medium sized boiled mashed potatoes
  4. 2 tbsp roasted coarsely crushed peanuts
  5. 2 tbsp ghee
  6. salt to taste
  7. for potato frosting
  8. 1 medium sized boiled mashed potatoes
  9. 2 tbsp green chilly ginger paste
  10. curry leave for garnish

Instructions

  1. for the canapes combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Knead into a soft dough
  3. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions.
  4. Roll out each portion thinly between two plastic sheets into a circle of 25 mm. (1") diameter cirlce.
  5. heat a non stick pan , grease with ghee and place the canapes on the pan
  6. cook well from both the sides on low flame
  7. turn off the gas when they turn brown
  8. in a bowl add the green chilly ginger paste , salt and boiled potato
  9. in a piping bag transfer the mixture
  10. top the canapes with the smooth yummy potato frosting
  11. garnish with curry leaves.
