  1. adrakh 1 little piece
  2. garlic 5 piece
  3. hari mirch 3 piece
  4. tej patta 2 piece
  5. taj 1 inch piece
  6. Onion 1 piece
  7. tomatoes 2 piece
  8. Turmeric 1/2 tspoon
  9. Kashmiri lal mirch 1 tbspoon
  10. 3/2 tspoon dhaniya powder
  11. 1/2 tspoon jeera powder
  12. 1 tspoon chhole masala
  13. Lemon juice 1 tspoon
  14. Salt to taste
  15. dhaniya to taste
  16. Hing

Instructions

  1. put a pan on gas
  2. add oil 2 tbspoon
  3. heat oil some time
  4. add mustard seeds
  5. add cumin seeds
  6. pinch of hing
  7. add onion and stir well
  8. add tomato and cook some time
  9. add masala
  10. add boiled chana dal
  11. add boiled karela chips
  12. add salt and lemon juice and coriander
