ABOUT Pineapple Raita- Pineapple Yogurt Dip RECIPE

Pineapple raita is a perfect blend of fresh ripe pineapple and creamy yogurt, is an instant and yummy Indian Dip.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Hung Curd/ Yogurt 1 cup
  2. Can Chopped pineapples One Cup
  3. Pineapple juice 1/2 cup
  4. Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Pomegranate for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add yogurt in it.
  2. Add sugar, Cumin powder, and salt, give a mix.
  3. Then add chopped pineapples and give a mix.
  4. According to requirement add pineapple juice from canned pineapple to yogurt till you get consistency of Raita.
  5. Transfer to serving bowl.
  6. Garnish with pineapple and Pomegranate.
  7. Chill for an hour and serve chilled.
