ABOUT Cinnamon Banana Yoghurt smoothie RECIPE

For someome who can never tire of Cinnamon flavor like me, this delicious smoothie is for you

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 lage ripe banana
  2. 1tsp Cinnamon
  3. Half cup chilled skimmed plain/almond/soy milk
  4. Half cup cold low fat yoghurt
  5. 1tsp Vanilla Extract
  6. Sugar as per taste(optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients well in mixer/blender
  2. Add ice cubes if required, I prefer using cold ingredients to avoid dilution by ice cubes
  3. Garnish with Cinnamon and serve
