Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green chilly - 100 gms
  2. Besan - 2 tbsp
  3. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Mustard seeds - a pinch
  6. Cumin seeds - a pinch
  7. Fennel seeds - a pinch
  8. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Oil - 2 tbsp
  11. Water - 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
  2. Add besan and roast in a medium flame until light brown.
  3. Keep aside
  4. Heat up remaining oil.
  5. Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds and feenel seeds to crackle
  6. Add green chilly,salt,sugar,turmeric powder,red chilly powder and mix well.
  7. Add water and roasted besan and mix well
  8. Add water and roasted besan and mix well
