We usually eat or make pani puri chat,chole chat,tikki chat but this time I made chat with sabudana puris.After eating this I m sure you will be fan of this chat

Ingredients Serving: 4
For sabudana puris-
Sabudana 2 tbsp(soaked for 3-4hours(
Maida 1 cup
Suji 1/4 cup
Oil for kneading dough 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 small spoon
Oil for deep frying
For aloo chat-
Mashed and pealed boiled potatoes 2 big size
Paste of green chillies and garlic cloves 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder to be needed
Salt to taste
For garnishing-
1/2 cup whipped curd
1 tbsp sweet imli chutney
1 tbsp green coriander chutney
Few pomegranate seeds
1 chopped medium vsize onion
1 tbsp sugar powder
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
Haldiram bhujiya or sev if needed
Instructions
For puri-
Drain the soaked sabudana well and keep it a side
In a big container mix maida,suji,salt and oil
Add the sabudana also in it and knead it like chapati dough or little tight from the chapati dough
Cover the dough with a cloth and keep it a side for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes make small balls from the dough
Roll small size puri from the balls
Heat oil in a kadhai for deep frying
Now add the rolled puris in hot oil and fry it from both sides on medium flame till golden
Take it out and keep a side
For aloo chat-
In potato add salt,green chilli,garlic cloves paste,red chilli powder and mix it and make small tikkies from it
For garnishing-
In curd mix black salt,sugar and roasted jeera powder
Keep the puris in a plate and break it's upper layer
Put the aloo tikkies over it and spread curd mixer,green coriander chutney, sweet imli chutney, chopped onion, chopped chillies, haldiram bhi kiya, pomegranate seeds and some leaves of coriander
The sabudana puri chat is ready.Serve it to guest with tea
