ABOUT Cheesy peas bruchetta RECIPE

Bruchetta is an italian dish which i make with peas topping with ganoa spice. I topped it with cheese and cherry tomato.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 slices of bread garlic loaf
  2. 1 cup boiled peas
  3. 2 tbsp butter
  4. 4 garlic cloves
  5. 1 green chiili fine chop
  6. 4 cubes cheese
  7. Parsley
  8. Salt
  9. Pepper
  10. Ganoa spice

Instructions

  1. Heat a tawa or in ovan roast loaf slices
  2. Crush peas and garlic
  3. Melt butter and add garlic , and salt,
  4. Mix finely
  5. Take butter in pan and roast crushed peas
  6. Add salt pepper and spice
  7. Now spread garlic butter on roasted slices
  8. Add peas over it
  9. Take slight butter in pan and toss cherry tomato
  10. Sprinkle little salt
  11. Be careful while using salt because you have to adjust it on the whole
  12. Now grate cheese on peas masala and top with cherry tomato
  13. Now cook on tawa on low flame till cheese melt or in ovan
  14. Serve hot
