Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cauliflower- 1 cup cut into small pieces
  2. Potato- 1/2 cup Cut into long stripes
  3. Capcicum -1/2 cup cut into small pieces
  4. Onion- 1 large
  5. Green chilly-3-4
  6. Ginger- 1 small size finally chopped
  7. Garlic- 4-5 finally chopped
  8. Honey -2 tsp
  9. Chilly sauce -1 tsp
  10. Tomato ketchup -2 tsp
  11. Soy sauce -1 tsp
  12. Pepper -1/2 tsp
  13. Cornflour -2 tsp
  14. Salt ro taste
  15. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Wash and drain the vegetables and dry with kitchen towel. Add cornflour and salt and mix gently
  2. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all vegetables till crisp and golden in brown
  3. Drain it on absorbent paper and keep aside.
  4. Heat 2 tsp oil in an another pan. Add onion. Ginger. Garlic on high flame. Add chilly sauce. Soy sauce. Tomato ketchup and stir well. Add salt and pepper.
  5. Mix all the fried vegetables in it and mix well
  6. Serve hot.
