  8. maida or all purpose flour 1 cup
  9. refined oil 1 cup
  10. water 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl. In that, put water. Mix salt well in this water. Now, add rava or suji to it. Allow it to set for 5 mins.
  2. Now add all purpose flour little by little. Knead it well by adding refined oil. Add water if necessary. Make sure that your dough must be soft.
  3. Allow the dough to set at least for 45 mins.

  8. Now grease your palm with ghee. Take small ball of dough. Spread it on your palm. Place one ball of stuffing in this. Cover this nicely.
  9. Now with the help of a rolling pin .roll this into a circle. Then cook this on tawa. Spread little ghee on both the sides of holige or puranpoli .
  10. Continue the same procedure for all the balls.
  11. Now our stuffed bottlegourd holige or puranpoli is ready to serve. Serve this with ghee.
