Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled kidney beans 1 cup
  2. Mushroom ½ cup
  3. Capsicum ½ cup
  4. Paneer ½ cup
  5. Onion ½ cup
  6. Tomato ½ cup
  7. Boiled Corn kernels ½ cup
  8. Lemon juice 2 teaspoon
  9. Seasoning
  10. Salt
  11. Black pepper powder
  12. Red chilli powder
  13. mayonnaise 2 tablespoon
  14. tomato sauce 2 Tablespoon
  15. Barbeque sauce 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Grill mushrooms, capsicum, onion, paneer cubes in a tandoor or griller, till they get little crispy.
  2. Cut these in small cubes.
  3. In a bowl , add boiled kidney beans and corn kernels.
  4. Put diced tomatoes in the bowl.
  5. To it add grilled veggies.
  6. Put in mayonnaise, sauces and seasoning as per taste.
  7. Give it a nice toss.
  8. Sprinkle lemon juice, some olives(optional) and serve well.
