ABOUT Indo-Mexican sandwich RECIPE

A Mexican sandwich which is modified by me for indian tangy taste. All suggestions welcomed. please review it.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. White bread
  2. 3 Tomatoes
  3. 3 Capcicum
  4. 3 Onion
  5. Oil 3 spoon
  6. 6 amul cheese cubes

Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables (onion, tomatoes, Capcicum)
  2. Add oil,let it heat, add onions. After the onion turn little brown add tomatoes and after 30 sec add Capcicum Grate 4 cheese cubes and add into the mixture inside the kadai Add Tomato sauce (as per needed) Mix well and after 5-10 min turn off the gas
  3. Take a pan (used for Dosa preferable) heat it. Apply ghee on the outside of the breat keep it on the pan and add stuffing inside it. Take another bread apply ghee on one side and cover it
  4. Roast both the side of the bread
  5. After keeping the sandwich in the plate cut it into 2 slice and add grated cheese on it
