Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. cauliflower 1/2cup
  2. unsalted butter 1tbsp
  3. all purpose flour 2tbsp
  4. garlic chopped 3-4
  5. ginger crushed 1/4tsp
  6. milk 1/2cup
  7. cheese grated 3tbsp
  8. finely chopped capsicum 1tbsp
  9. finely chopped onion 1tbsp
  10. grated carrot 1tbsp
  11. chilli flakes 1/2tsp
  12. salt to taste
  13. blackpapper 1/4tsp
  14. egg 1
  15. Bread crumbs 1/3cup
  16. cornflour 4tbsp
  17. oil for fryig

Instructions

  1. Wash cauliflower and take make pieces of it
  2. Churn it in mixer grinder for 2-3sec.
  3. Heat butter in a pan add chopped garlic ginger and coarse paste of cauliflower
  4. Saute it for 1Then add all purpose flour in it And cook it for 1-2min. Add salt and blackpapper
  5. Add milk in it and mix well
  6. Cook it till mixture converts in a soft dough then switch off flame
  7. Remove prepared dough in a bowl add onion capsicum carrot in it
  8. Add cheese and chilli flakes
  9. Mix well all the ingredients togather then spread a thick layer of it ingreased dish keep it in fridger for 20-25min.
  10. After 20-25min.Take out the mixture from fridge and cut it in strips or Bars meanwhile mix bread crumbs and cornflour in a plate and take little beaten egg in a bowl for coating
  11. Heat oil for frying in a deep pan Coat prepared bars with egg
  12. Then coat with mixture of breadcrumbs and cornflour
  13. Deep fry It in hot oil on medium flame till crisp and golden
  14. Cheesy cauliflower bars are ready serve it with any kind of sauce of your choice
