Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread Slices - 8
  2. Onion chopped ½ cup
  3. Mushrooms chopped ½ cup
  4. Capsicum chopped ½ cup
  5. Boiled Corn kernels ½ cup
  6. Paneer cubes ½ cup
  7. mayonnaise 2 tablespoon
  8. Pizza/pasta Sauce ½ cup
  9. Seasoning
  10. salt as per taste
  11. Black pepper powder as per taste
  12. Olives (optional)
  13. Oil 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Put all the veggies and paneer cubes , corn kernles in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add salt, black pepper powder and mayonnaise and mix nicely.
  3. Put in the seasoning and combine well.
  4. Now take a bread slice and spread pizza sauce on it's one side.
  5. Now take another slice and put around 4 tablespoon of mixture on it and spread it nicely.
  6. Cover this mixture slice with first slice.
  7. Prepare rest of the sandwiches in similar way.
  8. Now grease the griller with the oil. Switch it on and let it heat up somewhat.
  9. Grill the sandwiches till they turn golden brown.
  10. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
