ABOUT Chilli Garlic Okras RECIPE

This is an innovation of mine, a perfect chilli garlic okras to be served with just some dal rice.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250gm okra
  2. 8/10 chopped garlic
  3. 6/8 piece of green chili
  4. Chopped Ginger slices
  5. 2 Tbsp Cornflour
  6. a pinch of cinnamon powder
  7. 1 Tea spoon soya sauce
  8. 2 Tea Spoon Oil
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1/2tea spoon pepper powder
  11. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  12. Oil for frying
  13. Some curry leaves
  14. Coriander leaves for garnishing
  15. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry okra. Cut in small size.
  2. Take a medium sized bowl put okra, cornflour, cinnamon powder, 1/4tea spoon salt and mix well.
  3. Deep fry the okra for about 2minuite on high Flame.
  4. Heat a pan, pure oil, when oil became hot put curry leaves, chopped garlic, green chili, ginger slices and stire it for a while.
  5. Put fried okra, soya sauce, lemon juice, pepper, salt and mix well.
  6. Stire it for a while. Put it in a serving bowl and garnish with some fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot.
