ABOUT Stuffed Nutty Ladyfinger RECIPE

Give a twist to regular tasting ladyfinger. Few simple ingredients can change the entire flavour. I have added peanuts, Garlic and sesame. These three things can do wonders.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 grams Ladyfinger
  2. 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
  3. 2 Tablespoon Sesame
  4. 7-8 garlic cloves
  5. 1 Teaspoon Fennel
  6. 1 Tablespoon cumin
  7. 2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  8. 1 teaspoon sugar
  9. 2 tablespoon coriander powder
  10. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 2 Tablespoon oil.

Instructions

  1. Wash and trim the edges of lady finger. Now cut slit it vertically.
  2. Now for stuffing dry roast peanuts, Sesame, fennel , cumin and fennel for about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Now coarsely grind the above ingredients. While grinding add all the remaining ingredients.( Except oil)
  4. Remember grind coarsely.
  5. Now stuff the above mix in ladyfinger neatly.
  6. Once the stuffing is done heat oil in a pan and drop in all the stuffed ladyfingers.
  7. Fry it for 3-4 minutes and then cover it with a lid for about 5-6 minutes.
  8. Remove the lid and check if ladyfinger is cooked or not. Check with the help of fork.
  9. If it is cooked then let it fry without lid .
  10. Once the crust starts getting brown add lemon juice give it a nice mix.
  11. Nutty ladyfinger is ready to serve.
  12. Serve with nice plain Paratha or Chapati with loads of ghee
