Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled rice-1 cup
  2. Boiled potatoes -3
  3. Breadcrumbs -1 cup
  4. Salt acc. to taste
  5. red chilli powder -1/2tsp
  6. Garam masala-1/2tsp
  7. Kasoori methi-1/2tsp
  8. Granted ginger-1tsp
  9. Cornflour-1tsp
  10. Water

Instructions

  1. Mash boiled potatoes and rice together.
  2. Add breadcrumbs, salt,red chilli powder,garam Masala, kasoori methi and mix it well.
  3. Take cornflour in a separate bowl and mix it with water.
  4. Now take a mixture and give any shape to cutlets. And then dip the cutlets in cornflour mixture and coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. After that keep them in fridge for 15-20min.
  6. Heat oil in pan and deep fry them.
  7. Serve hot with chutney.
