Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. For Chicken meatloaf,
  2. Chicken minced-500 gram
  3. Chopped Coriander leaves-1/3 cup
  4. Chopped tomato-1 medium
  5. Chopped garlic-3 cloves
  6. Chopped ginger-3/4 tablespoon
  7. Chopped green chilli-2 numbers
  8. Chopped onion-1 large
  9. Soya sauce-1 tablespoon
  10. Oyster sauce-1 tablespoon
  11. Red wine vinegar-1 tablespoon
  12. Olive oil-1 tablespoon
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Honey -1 teaspoon
  15. Black pepper crushed-1 teaspoon
  16. Chilli flakes-1 teaspoon
  17. Milk-1/2 cup
  18. Egg-1 number
  19. Bread crumb-1 cup
  20. Grated cheese-1 cup
  21. For sauce,
  22. Olive oil-1 tablespoon
  23. Sesame seed-1 tablespoon
  24. Garlic chopped-3 cloves
  25. Ginger chopped-3/4 tablespoon
  26. Chopped spring onion-1/2 cup
  27. Chopped coriander leaves-2 tablespoon
  28. Oyster sauce-1 tablespoon
  29. Soya sauce-1 tablespoon
  30. Red wine vinegar-1 tablespoon
  31. Honey-3 tablespoon
  32. Corn flour-1 tablespoon
  33. Lemon juice-1/2 of lemon
  34. Lemon zest-3/4 tablespoon
  35. Salt to taste
  36. Black pepper crushed-1 teaspoon
  37. Chilli flakes-1 teaspoon
  38. For garnishing,
  39. Coriander leaves chopped-1 tablespoon
  40. Chopped spring onion-1 tablespoon
  41. Lemon slice-1 or 2

Instructions

  1. Take a chicken minced in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add all ingredients for meatloaf except olive oil.
  3. Mix everything and make a dough with help of your hand.Rest it for 15 minutes.
  4. Now take a loaf baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  5. Preheat the oven a 180°C.
  6. Set the chicken dough in the tray.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over it.
  8. Cover with a aluminium foil sheet.
  9. Now bake it for 20 minutes at 180°C.
  10. Now take it out from oven and remove the foil.
  11. Again bake it for 15 minutes at 200°C.
  12. Check it inserting a toothpick and make sure it comes out cleanly.
  13. Then Cool it to room temperature.
  14. Meanwhile, make the sauce.Take oil in a pan and allow it to heat.
  15. Add chopped garlic and saute it for few minutes in high flame.
  16. Add sesame seed saute it for couple of minutes.
  17. Add chopped ginger and half of spring onion saute it for a minute.
  18. Add soya sauce,oyster sauce,red wine vinegar.
  19. Season with salt,black pepper crushed, chilli flakes.
  20. Add honey.Mix everything well.
  21. Add 1/2 cup of hot water.Let bring it to boil.
  22. Take cornflour in a small bowl and mix with water.Make a paste.
  23. Add cornflour mixture.Stir it properly.
  24. Add lemon zest and lemon juice.
  25. Add leftover spring onion chopped and coriander leaves chopped.
  26. Mix everything well.Turn off the flame.
  27. Then cut the meatloaf into slice and place in a serving plate.
  28. Now Drizzle all the sauce over it.
  29. Garnish it with chopped spring onion and coriander leaves and lemon slice.
  30. Enjoy it as a starter or side fish.
