Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Peanuts 20 grams
  2. Walnuts 25 grams
  3. Deseeded dates 5
  4. Dried fig coarsely chopped 20 grams
  5. Cashew nut 20 grams
  6. Almonds 20 grams
  7. Pistachios 20 grams
  8. Kishmish 20 grams
  9. Cardamom powder one teaspoon
  10. Grated coconut 20 grams
  11. Honey 50 grams
  12. Dark or Milk chocolate hundred grams
  13. Chocolate syrup 2 teaspoon
  14. Ice cream spiracles 2 tablespoon
  15. Whipped cream for garnishing optional
  16. Ghee one tablespoon

Instructions

  1. I Take a pan one table spoon ghee and then put all dry fruits why it to light brown and you can start to smell the nuts
  2. Let's them cool and then coarsely grind into mixie jar
  3. In this mixture add honey and mix well then make laddoos refrigerate in 30 minutes
  4. Take chocolate in microwave safe bowl and melt into 1 minute mix well then add chocolate syrup
  5. Apply melted chocolate into cool dry fruits laddu
  6. Decorate with icecream spiracles and whipped cream with your choice then cool for 15 minutes to refrigerate
  7. Your delicious dry fruits Honey chocolatey laddu is ready for eat.
