ABOUT Honey Glazed Soya Paneer Satay RECIPE

Its a perfect starter/ snacks recipe in which protein rich soyabean nugets and paneer ( cottage cheese) are arranged on satay sticks or took picks along with onions and capsicum and sauteed with flavourful Chinese sauces & seasonings .Finally its glazed with the goodness of honey that balance the spicyness of sauces & gives it an amazingly delicious flavor. Its a must try recipe for all.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 150 gms
  2. Boiled Soybean nugets 50 gms
  3. Diced Capsicum / Bell peppers
  4. Diced Onions
  5. Manchurian Sauce 2 1/2 tbsp
  6. Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp
  7. Honey 1 1/2 tbsp
  8. Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  9. Roasted Sesame seeds 1 tsp
  10. Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
  11. Salt 2-3 pinches
  12. Oil 1 tbsp
  13. Spring onions for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Arrange boiled soyabean nugets, paneer dices , diced onions and diced capsicum / Bell peppers on satay sticks or tooth picks.
  2. Take oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, saute for 30 seconds on low flame. Add Manchurian sauce, schezwan sauce, lemon juice, salt and half cup water. Cook this for a couple of minutes
  3. Add assembled soya paneer sticks in the sauce & toss it well .
  4. Cook this for a couple of minutes with closed lid , until the sauce is reduced. Finally add honey and toss it.
  5. Garnish it with roasted sesame seeds and chopped spring onions .
  6. Plate it & seve it hot with a drizzle of honey on top.
