Chinese style noodles with egg chicken and veggies.

Ingredients Serving: 2
Noodles- 1/2 pack
Chicken -50 gm( boneless)
Eggs-3
Onion- 1(finely chopped)
Spring onion white-1/2cup
Spring onion greens-3/4th cup
Carrot- 1/2cup(thinly sliced)
Capsicum-1/4th cup(thinly sliced)
French beans-1/4th cup(thinly sliced)
Green chilli- 1(finely chopped)
Garlic-2tablespoon(finely chopped)
Soya sauce- 2tablespoon
Green chilli sauce- 2tablespoon
Vinegar- 2tablespoon
Oil- 4tablespoon
salt as per taste
Instructions
Add water to a pan, and by keeping it on high flame, bring the water to boil, add salt and 1/2teaspoon of oil.
Add noodles and cook and cook them 80% of mentioned time, the noodles I used were supposed to be boiled for 10minutes as per instructions so I boiled them for 8minutes.
Extract the noodles once they are are cooked and to immediately stop the cooking and pass them through cold water and strain them and to keep them from sticking together add little oil to it.
To a wok add 1tblspn oil and cooking at high flame, when oil is hot enough, add the chicken pieces and saute it for 3minutes on high flame with adding little bit of salt and pepper powder to it. Extract them and keep aside now.
Again add a tablespoon of oil to the wok, cooking at high flame add three eggs , put pinch of salt and pepper powder to it and make like scrambled eggs. And extract and keep aside.
Now add 2tspn oil to the same wok add chopped onions and spring onion whites, now add chopped garlic and rest veggies(carrot, beans and capsicum and green chillies). Stir all with adding salt as per you taste.
Now add the chicken pieces and scrambled eggs and then add pepper powder, Soya sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce to it.
Now add the boiled noodles to it and toss it gently(while the flame is on high)
Put of the flame and enjoy this yummy chicken egg noodles.
