Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup spinach ( chopped finely)
  2. 1/2 cup boiled green peas
  3. 2 boiled potatoes
  4. 1/4 cup coriander leaves
  5. 1/4 cup mint leaves ( optional)
  6. 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tblsp Green chillies & ginger paste
  9. 1 tsp aamchur powder
  10. 1 tsp chaat masala
  11. 1 tsp cumin powder
  12. Oil to shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and mix all ingredients except oil
  2. Now give different shapes to the mixture and make cutlets
  3. Now shallow fry them in a non-stick pan
  4. Serve hot with tomato ketchup
