ABOUT Tiranga Rawa Idli RECIPE

I think idli is the best breakfast for anyone.So i make idlis with vegetable twist

Ingredients Serving: 3

Semolina...2 cup
Curd...1cup
Eno 1 spn
Carrot paste..1/2 cup
Spinach paste..1/2 cup
Cumin seeds...1 spn
Kashmiri red chilli powder..1spn
Musterd seeds..1/2spn
Curry leaves 4 to 5

Instructions

Prepare a mixture of rawa,ginger paste, curd& salt in a large bowl.
Add water & mix well.Make sure that there are no lumps.
Heat 1spn butter in a pan.Add cumin seeds .When it starts crackling add carrot paste & kashmiri red chilli powder.Cook it just for 2 mins.
Same process for spinach paste.
Heat oil, add mustered seeds & curry leaves.Stir it for a while & then add it to the batter.
Now divide the rawa batter into 3 parts.
Mix carrot paste in one part & spinach paste in another parts.
Keep aside the batter for 15 mins to set.
Add eno &mix it well
Pour idli batter in greased idli moulds & microwave it for 3 mins.
