Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For pastry sheets: 2 cup refined flour
  2. 50 gm. Unsalted chilled butter for dough
  3. 250 gm. Unsalted chilled butter and margerine. I used 50-50
  4. 1 tsp Salt
  5. 1 tsp sugar
  6. 1 cup chilled milk/ water or as needed to make a dough
  7. For stuffing: 1 cup mix veggies chopped
  8. I used zucchini, red, yellow green bell peppers
  9. 1 carrot peel and grated
  10. 2 boiled potatoes meshed
  11. 1/4 cup boiled peas
  12. 1 tsp ginger chilli paste
  13. 1 onion finally chopped
  14. 1/4 cup fresh paneer chopped
  15. 2 tbsp Oil
  16. 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  17. Salt to taste
  18. 2 tsp chilli powder
  19. 1 tbsp lemon zuice
  20. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  21. Fresh coriander chopped
  22. Chilli sauce as per taste
  23. Schezwan sauce as per taste

Instructions

  1. First seive flour add chilled butter, salt, sugar, and milk and make a soft dough out of it.keep it in fridge for an hour.
  2. Take out dough from fridge Add butter shortening mixture
  3. Fold it. Do this process two three times.
  4. Cover it with cling wrap and Keep this dough in fridge for another 30 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile we make stuffing
  6. Heat a pan add oil add ginger chilli paste add onion.
  7. Add bell peppers, zucchini carrot .
  8. Add meshed potatoes, peas, salt and spices.
  9. Mix everything well. Taste test. Adjust spices. add lemon juice.mix well. Switch off the gas. Let it cool.
  10. Now keep out pastry dough from fridge. Roll it with help of rolling pin. Cut it in square.
  11. Filled it with filling and give your desire shape.
  12. Give pastry to different shapes
  13. Brush with milk
  14. Different shapes
  15. Garnish with cheese
  16. Preheat oven at 200'C and keep them in oven for 20 to 25 minutes or till it becomes brown in color .
  17. Savoury puff pastries are ready to serve.. enjoy it with sauce
