This pretty one is an another innovative ideas that came into my mind recently. Quite easy and made with just a few pantry staples. Whip up this easy peasy pizza for your kids for an after school munchie or even as an evening tea time snack for your whole family or better still, even for the tiffin box. Amazing !!!!! Yes, that's like 2 birds in one shot. It can be put to multiple uses as you can see. Happy Baking !!!!!!!

Ingredients Serving: 4

Chicken sausages about 20
Bread slices 12
Italian seasoning 1 tsp
Onions sliced thinly 2
Capsicum cut into cubes 2
Pizza sauce 3 to 4 tbsp

Instructions

Trim the edges of the bread slices.
Spread some pizza sauce as desired on all.
Cut small circular pieces of the sausages.
Top each bread slice with a few onion slices and capsicum cubes.
Next sprinkle a generous anount of shredded mozzarella on each slice.
And finally with a generous amount of sausage pieces on each.
Bake in a preheated oven on 180° for 15 to 18 minutes.
If a more crispy base is desired, increase the time a little.
Use the middle rack of the oven with both the top and the bottom rods on along with the fan feature if present.
