Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For koftas
  2. I cup unsweetened khoya/ mawa
  3. 2tsp besan
  4. 2tsp cornflour
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Red chilli powder to taste
  7. Few pieces of kismis(fill in the center of koftas)
  8. For gravy
  9. 4 medium onions
  10. 3 medium tomatoes
  11. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  12. 1 tsp jeera/ cumin seeds
  13. 1 tsp haldi/ turmeric powder
  14. 1/2 tsp dhaniya /coriander powder
  15. Red chilli powder to taste
  16. Salt to taste
  17. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  18. 2-3 tsp fresh cream
  19. Few pieces of cashew nuts
  20. Fresh Coriander leaves for garnishing
  21. Oil for deep fry and gravy

Instructions

  1. Prepare gulab jamun from mentioned ingredients for koftas.
  2. Heat oil in the pan and add jeera let them crackle. Add chopped onions and kaju and fry till onions are brown. Now add chopped tomatoes and all leftover masala. Cook it for 5 minutes.
  3. Let it cool down and make fine paste for gravy.
  4. Heat pan add this gravy. Cook till oil separates.
  5. Add fresh cream and cook it for 2 minutes. Gravy is ready.
  6. The gulabjamun koftas add before serving your dish.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and fresh cream.
  8. Enjoy with Roti ,naan and rice
