Few pieces of kismis(fill in the center of koftas)
For gravy
4 medium onions
3 medium tomatoes
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp jeera/ cumin seeds
1 tsp haldi/ turmeric powder
1/2 tsp dhaniya /coriander powder
Red chilli powder to taste
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp garam masala
2-3 tsp fresh cream
Few pieces of cashew nuts
Fresh Coriander leaves for garnishing
Oil for deep fry and gravy
Instructions
Prepare gulab jamun from mentioned ingredients for koftas.
Heat oil in the pan and add jeera let them crackle. Add chopped onions and kaju and fry till onions are brown. Now add chopped tomatoes and all leftover masala. Cook it for 5 minutes.
Let it cool down and make fine paste for gravy.
Heat pan add this gravy. Cook till oil separates.
Add fresh cream and cook it for 2 minutes. Gravy is ready.
The gulabjamun koftas add before serving your dish.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and fresh cream.
Enjoy with Roti ,naan and rice
