Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Khoya - 250gm
  2. Maida - 30gm
  3. Suji - 1tsp
  4. Cardamom - 3
  5. Saffron - 8 thread
  6. Nutmeg powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Sugar - 350gm

Instructions

  1. In suji add 2 tsp milk and keep it aside for 15 min. First we will prepare sugar syrup. Take a deep vok add sugar and little water.let the sugar dissolve properly and we want 1/2 thread sugar syrup.add cardamom powder and saffron in this. Keep it aside.
  2. Take out mava from fridge before one hour if it is in fridge. Mash it properly. No lump should be there. Add maida and suji and mix it . Knead the dough till 10 to 15 min.
  3. Make medium size balls from dough
  4. Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan. Add gulabjamun one by one and move the pan properly.dont use spoon to move gulabjamun at the initial state.
  5. When gulabjamun turn dark pink colour drain from ghee and add into sugar syrup. 3 to 4 hour keep them into syrup. Gulabjamun will soak syrup.
  6. Ready to serve.
