Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Raw rice 1 cup
  2. Jaggery 1-1/4 cup
  3. Oil sufficient to fry
  4. Elaichy powder pinch

Instructions

  1. Soak rice in water for half an hour.
  2. After drain the water dry in a cloth for half an hour
  3. Grind in mixi to a smooth powder
  4. Put jaggery and some water in a kadai on low flame.
  5. When jaggery melts then add wet rice flour. Mix well then off the stove
  6. Add elaichi powder mix .Make small ball & flatten it. fry in oil.
  7. When turns Golden brown colour remove from the oil .
  8. Adirasam ready
