Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For cake-
  2. Maida-100 gm
  3. Butter-50 gm
  4. Condensed milk-150 gm
  5. Baking Powder-1/2 tsp
  6. Cocoa powder-2.tbsp
  7. Nuts-1/2cup{almonds,walnut,cashewnut},chopped
  8. Cherry-1/4 cup
  9. For custard :
  10. Milk-1/2 lt.
  11. Sugar-1 /2 cup
  12. Custard powder-2 tsp
  13. cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
  14. Other ingredients
  15. Cream-1 cup whipped
  16. Chocolate sauce-1/4 cup
  17. Grated chocolate
  18. Candies
  19. Nuts_(almond,walnut)
  20. For caramel: sugar-1 tbsp
  21. Water -2 tsp
  22. Banana-1(sliced)
  23. Apple-1 sliced

Instructions

  1. For cake:
  2. Seive maida, baking powder,soda,cocoa powder 2-3 times.
  3. Mix condensed milk and butter in a bowl
  4. Beat till fluffy
  5. Add maida mixture in butter gradually
  6. Beat till fluffy
  7. Add 1/4 cup milk
  8. Add nuts and cherry
  9. Your cake batter is ready
  10. Grease tin and pour cake batter in tin
  11. Put tin in preheated cooker or tandoor
  12. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until baked well.
  13. Remove cake from tin after some time
  14. Now time to make custard
  15. Heat milk in pan
  16. Add sugar
  17. Add custard powder in 2 tsp cold milk
  18. Mix well
  19. Add this in boiling milk
  20. Stir continuously till milk gets thick
  21. Add cardamom powder ,remove from heat
  22. Let it cool
  23. Cut apple ,banana in pieces
  24. For caramel
  25. Add sugar in pan
  26. Turn on gas burner
  27. Cook till sugar melts and turn in brown colour
  28. Now add some water,stir well,cook for few more minutes
  29. Add a pinch cardamon powder
  30. Add fruits in the caramel
  31. Your caramel fruit is ready.
  32. Now assemble all things at one place
  33. You can set pudding in bowl or in glass or in cup
  34. I took glass,because it's easy to serve
  35. Now cut pieces of cake according to glass shape
  36. Spread nuts and cherry in glass
  37. Now pour 1 tbsp custard in each glass
  38. Add caramelised fruits .
  39. Pour 1 tbsp whipped cream
  40. Add chocolate sauce
  41. Repeat the process
  42. Finally on top pour cream , spread nuts,grated chocolate with almonds,walnuts
  43. Like this
  44. Your pudding is ready
  45. Keep the pudding in fridge for 8-10 hours
  46. Remove from fridge before 10-15 minutes when you want to eat
