Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Roasted peanuts - 1 cup
  2. Honey - 2tbsp
  3. Salt - pinch of salt
  4. Dairy milk chocolate - 1 big

Instructions

  1. Take roasted peanuts, honey and pinch of salt in a grinder.
  2. Grind until we get a a coarse mixture.
  3. Take out and make small balls.
  4. Refrigerate the balls for 1 hour.
  5. Take dairy milk chocolate in a flat dish.
  6. Take dairy milk chocolate in a flat dish. Heat on medium high for about 1 minute to start with.
  7. Remove from microwave and stir. Repeat heating at shorter intervals, 15 to 20 seconds, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted and has a smooth consistency.
  8. Take out the peanut balls after 1 hour from refrigerator and with the help of a fork dip each ball in melted chocolate.
  9. Refrigerate again for 30 minutes.
  10. Beat served with vanilla icecream. Can also be eaten as it is.
