These Puffs are Crispy from outside and soft from inside

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gms 2 cups maida
  2. 1/2 tsp +1/2 tsp salt
  3. 1.5 Tsp Baking Powder
  4. 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  5. 1 tsp dried oregano
  6. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  7. 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  8. 3 tbsp pizza pasta sauce
  9. 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  10. 1/2 tsp sugar
  11. 1 tbsp Vinegar
  12. 1/4 cup oil
  13. 1/2 cup tomato deseeded n chopped
  14. 1/2 cup Carrots chopped
  15. 1/2 cup capsicum chopped
  16. 1/4 cup sweet corn
  17. 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese grated
  18. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take Maida , baking powder,baking soda and salt in a bowl.Add oil and knead a stiff dough with cold water.
  2. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  3. For stuffing:In a pan heat oil.Add,add chopped Ginger 1 tsp and all the chopped Vegetables. Saute well.
  4. Add salt to it,and water to it.cover and cook the vegetables for 2 minutes.
  5. Now add tomatoes sauce, pizza pasta sauce, oregano,sugar,black pepper,chilli flakes,garlic powder and 1 tbsp vinegar.
  6. Once ready cool the stuffing for 30 minutes and then add mozzarella cheese.Mix well.
  7. Keep the stuffing in fridge for 20 minutes.
  8. Once dough is set grease your hands with some oil and knead the dough.Divide the dough into equal balls
  9. You can use gujiya moulds for making Puffs.
  10. Take a ball of dough .press the dough ball and roll it thick.
  11. Now place the rolled sheet on the gujiya mould.Apply some water on both the sides of the sheets.Leave space on both the sides of edges of the sheets
  12. Now lift one side of gujiya mould.Apply and keep the puffs on the dusted tray.This way make as many puffs as you want.
  13. Put the tray of puffs on fridge for 30 minutes.
  14. Now heat oil in a kadhai .in a medium heat fry all the puffs until golden brown. Take them out.
  15. Yummy Pizza Puffs are ready.
  16. Serve them for parties with green Chutney and Tomato sauce
