We love bajjis and pakodas, so here is a delicious variety to it, deep fried brinjals in a spicy batter.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 or 2 Big Sized Brinjals
  2. Besan Flour
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  5. Hing Powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Oil - enough to fry

Instructions

  1. Mix the chilli powder, salt, hing together using water into medium thick paste.
  2. Slice up the brinjals into thin pieces.
  3. Heat up oil.
  4. Dip the brinjal slices into the batter and deep fry them in hot oil..
