ABOUT Paan shots RECIPE

This is a yummy and minty dessert shots, very attractive to look at and eat too.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200gm milkmaid
  2. 4pcs paan leaves (chopped)
  3. 1/2cup milk
  4. 250gm coconut powder
  5. A pinch of green food colour
  6. For filling -
  7. 5tbsp gulkand
  8. A pinch of bahar
  9. 8-10pcs Chopped cashew
  10. 8-10pcs chopped almonds
  11. For garnish -
  12. 1tbsp coconut powder
  13. 5-6pcs cherries

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan add milkmaid, chopped paan leaves, green colour,1/2cup milk, coconut powder. Mix well.
  2. After 5min switch off the flame.
  3. Let it be cool.
  4. Another pan add gulkand, paan bahar, dry fruits. Mix well.
  5. Now make shots with filling of gulkand mix.
  6. Garnish with cherries and coconut powder.
